At Crispy Shop, we want you to love what you wear. If a piece doesn’t fit or feel quite right, we’ve made our return process as "crisp" and easy as possible.

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Return Shipping: We offer Free Return Shipping on all domestic orders.

• Fees: There are no restocking fees. What you paid is what you get back.

• Final Sale: We do not have "Final Sale" items; all products are eligible for return within the 30-day window.

How to start a return: Please email us at envy239797+crispy@gmail.com with your order number, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
